I love Ocharleys, but we were there yesterday. The guy who took our order was super rude all the time. He said I'd take the menu. My husband said no when he gave it to him. He took my menu, but didn't take my men. He didn't even smile. I asked for plates for our bread that we didn't get until the bread was gone. He was young and had beautiful eyes, except that he was super rude. When he put the bill on the table, he liked to throw it when he came by. We usually do not eat there once a week for sure that we go back after this treatment. I don't know what his name was that he was never kind enough to tell us. On Tuesday night we sat at the second table against the front wall about 7:00. I know...
Our waiter Shawn was so nice and polite. He didn't mind us asking questions. And he made are to check on us. Also made extra sure the food came out okay. He also helped us box our stuff and told us if we waited we could have extra roles to take. I highly recommend this place. The food is spectacular and the drinks are also great. If you have been their when they had bad food take that out of account because they redid the menu and it is great. I really enjoyed my experience and I think you will too. I also really recommend the salmon it was cooked to perfection and the strawberry lemonade was perfect.
So this is for the kitchen staff as the waiting staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly! I have a Sirloin Steak 6oz rice and two colors. The rice was unevenly boiled, the broccoli were hard on the stems, and the steak, it was gray and pale and it was boiled under I asked about medium rarely it was raw in rare. And all I tasted was the garlic butter that they blew on it. You don't know if the grill just woke up, but it was what I'd consider to be a meal and a worse steak.
Always great food and service! Although it is companies, it feels like a neighborhood restaurant, the drinks are amazingly strong, unlike Applebees. You can say the ingredients are fresh and very cheap. I will use them for future catering requirements at Ohio health.
