Ockendon Chef - Réservation de table

Usually first port of call for a pizza, wanted something different just after Xmas, got my usual vegetarian pizza. Apart from taking twice as long pizza dough was uncooked, phoned to complain, their excuse was they had run out of dough, made some more but did not leave it for 2 hours to rise, because they were busy. No real apology. They have lost a customer. Will not recommend them any more.

As kebab places go, this one is OK. The kebabs are what you would expect and they have the standard range of pizzas on offer too. The prices are OK and the staff are OK. I have been in nicer kebab shops and I've been in much worse so Ockendon Chef is OK for food if you're in Ockendon.

They delivered to the wrong address when told they shouted at me and said there was nothing they can do about it had to sort it myself the food was inedible and cold by the time it was sorted will never use them again only giving a star because I have to

This pizza was clearly not burnt! The delivery driver insisted that this is how the pizza is meant to be cooked, despite my husband and I disagreeing. We have been loyal customers of Ockendon chef for years, but we will not be ordering from them again. Réservez une table maintenant

Great value for money, lovely freshly prepared food. I've had both collections and deliveries from here a number of times and have never been disappointed, friendly staff, very clean, generous portions and very tasty....highly recommended!

Always come to this shop. Great staff members and nice to talk to when you get to know them. Great food always clean in the place. The takeaway does get busy like any other restaurant would on Fridays. Definitely worth going

The food used to be good, but it has declined in quality. I have eaten here hundreds of times, but I will not be returning. The best item on the menu is the garlic bread with cheese, but that's about it.

I love my kebabs, these are very tasty, staff very friendly, portions are decent, and the chips are just as I like them, I always ask for crispy chips. Réservez une table maintenant

I purchased a doner roll today for £4.70 and I feel like I was overcharged. Please offer better value for money as your prices are too high.
