Spent 9 nights at this stunning hotel. Great location easy reach of Ibiza town but with the tranquility of Talamanca making it a hotel with a very relaxing vibe. Staff are first class extremely helpful and friendly in ever area of the hotel. Room very comfortable, great super king size bed and lovely bathroom facilities. Plenty of drawers and hanging space to allow you to fully unpack without tripping over all your belongings. Breakfast had everything you needed. We dined on the roof top terrace, fantastic meal, plenty of choice, something for every dietary need. Pool area across three levels allowing you to find a quiet corner if you needed it and 3 different pools so plenty of space to tak...
En mi opinión no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. No hay ambiente en absoluto, el personal es muy condescendiente, ¡huevos escalfados fríos todos los días! ¿Cómo se hace frío un huevo escalfado? No hay restaurantes cerca, por lo que se puede tomar un taxi o caminar una hora hasta la ciudad de Ibiza. Demasiado personal se quedó en la recepción simplemente diciendo hola . ¿Por qué necesitas 6 miembros del personal allí con sonrisas falsas simplemente charlando? ¡La playa cercana estaba completamente cubierta de algas a metros de profundidad y cubierta de excremento de perro! Terminamos usando las instalaciones del hotel Simbad, donde el personal fue encantador. ¡Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado allí!
Amazing hotel with a pretty rooftop view. I loved the location of the hotel, close to Ibiza town. The swimming pool area is nice, towels available and the staff is all very nice and helpfull. Rooms are nice too, with a balcony. We did have some construction going on next door. But the room wasn’t noisy. Breakfast was amazing! I did miss coffee and tea service in the room, that would make it even better. Also maybe some extra English training for some of the staff, not a problem, but it just caught my attention.
Stay was perfect from the moment we walked in and were greeted with a smile and a glass of fizz. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, even in the challenging times when we had to wait 90 mins for a taxi. Loved the pool, the room and the drinks. Cannot fault anything about the hotel and we are hopefully going back for a further stay at the end of August. Shortish walk to Fish Shack as well which is an added bonus. Very surprised by this gem. Great rooms. Great swimming pool. Great location particularly for fish shack and beyond. Very friendly staff and mega helpful in the deep dark days of early Summer 2021 when there were hardly any taxis anywhere on the island let alone out in Talamanca.
