All new leather recliner seats , the new system for ordering food is great order on your phone, tell them you coming and it's done when you get there, nice and fluid. Staff are friendly making it a nice experience , but if people are not your thing or issues due to covid; There are multiple ticket machines that are regularly cleaned after every use and you can alway book your food and tickets from the mobile app/website. Personally the mobile app is my way, tickets booked, food sorted, then when I go in it's just a case of scan my QR code and pick up the prepared food.
Eventually, my daughter was able to reach a real person, who regrettably informed us that I can't get a refund and that the tickets are useless unless we drive to Birmingham. So now I'm out £30 with no way to get my money back! I will never visit an Odeon again. Their prices are high, and their customer service is absolutely awful. It looks like I’ll have to settle for watching the movie from the comfort of my own home or just head to Cineworld instead.
The cinema is spacious and features fantastic recliner chairs. However, it was quite quiet on a rainy Wednesday afternoon and early evening. We had a helpful usher who guided us on how to redeem our e-codes for tickets. The film was also quite engaging—Oppenheimer was very informative!
We'd rather drive 15 miles to this cinema than walk 1/4 mile to our local Cineworld which is a dump staffed by people who don't care for customers. Great VFM my only gripe is that there's no staff monitoring access to the VIP seats. We've frequently had to kick people out or them.

Great cinema with reclining chairs, always a winner, £18 a ticket : , your better of buying unlimited pass for £15, I don’t see the point but suppose it’s there way, great tango blasts always have 2, movies , what more could you want
Superior seats the screens at each end get cold in cold weather and hot in hot weather: screens 8, 9 to the right and 2 3 to the left.. avoid those Sound way too loud and distorted in most screens.
The restaurant is spotless and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the popcorn is excellent.
Nice cinema with great reclining seats, would be 5* but £20 for a cinema ticket is a bit excessive.
