Food is great especially since it’s convenient for us to order being that they can deliver and we can order online so close by. But i hate ordering on saturdays MAINLY because there is a different delivery man on saturdays and he is so rude. After today’s order i will never order again, seriously. He won’t give you your food unless you sign the receipt which again i have no problem doing so but if you have an attitude and demand a tip on sight, you are wrong. I won’t give you a tip for being nasty and snatching the receipt from me. What are you going to do? One of the rudest people ever. They are located in the hospital and you would think they would have customer service skills. I walked in to buy a cup of coffee and this man behind the register was trying to figure out missing check. Never acknowledged me. There was another guy at the counter who also gave me acknowledgement. As I am standing there, some a man walked in and and all of a sudden the first man who I was standing right in front of could see. Acknowledged him and shouted the usual? He walked away to get the usual leaving me standing there. I walked out. They will not be getting my business. There are a lot of other cafés and restaurants who understand customer service.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. There was no greeting when I arrived, which set a negative tone. I ordered a gyro and shared it with my friend. When I requested an extra fork, the staff rudely refused, claiming they didn't have any. However, they later provided a fork, making their initial response seem unnecessary and frustrating. I don’t think I will be returning to this restaurant.
I order from this restaurant every day and always get the same thing. However, there’s one staff member who is extremely rude. She forgot to include a pita with my order despite my clear request, and she also added vinegar when I specifically asked for none. When I called to address the issue, she was very rude. I really don't understand how someone like her can work in the service industry.

I don't normally leave reviews on food places but I will for this one. I love the food here, the dining area and the staff are very pleasant. I especially love their chicken ranchero wrap. Ugh it's to DIE for....well for me that is! At work, this is our go to place 80% of the time!
I visited the restaurant and ordered a pastrami sandwich with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, all on a hero roll, along with a small cappuccino. My total came to $23.46, which I found to be quite incredible. The pastrami was impressive!
Dined in last week and ordered takeout several times and this place has great food. I wasn't sure what to expect with the order but the steak stir fry was amazing. would like to branch out with the menu and try new things.
I found the woman with black hair which served me extremely rude. I was trying to be polite to her but I think she only knows one way to talk to people and that is in a nasty, rude manner.

Odyssey is a great place to get a quick bite to eat. I love coming here, the food is always great and it comes out very fast. The restaurant is also very spacious.
The lady seems to have a standoffish disposition. Very stoic and insensitive. To be in a hospital? I’ll just take my Hungary self down the street.
