We went to the Off Shore Pier finally. We pass it everyday and it's such an anomaly in this area. I ordered the catfish, grilled and French fries. My roommate ordered the shrimp and curly fries. Both dishes were delicious. Oh, and there's a condiment bar there too. Great tartar sauce! The staff there was friendly. And when the food came out it was hot and tasted fresh. Not oily. And they made the catfish well done and crispy, the way I like it. We will return.
Don't waste your time and money. As soon as my wife and I walked in, we should have walked out. It was just as hot inside the dinning room as it was outside. Obviously the Air Conditioner was not working. On to the food.....Greasy, no batter in the friedshrimp, scallops were not cooked until done. This business only accepts cash or check. Don't stop, keep driving!
10-2023. First visit. What attracted me to this restaurant was reading they have been in business for 47 years! This is a combination fresh fish market and restaurant. The fried seafood platter was good and the chowder was tasty! We enjoyed talking to the owner. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The fish fry dinner was excellent! I appreciate the variety of menu options available. The staff were friendly and polite, which added to the overall experience. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to seafood lovers in the North Greenbush area. Réservez une table maintenant
The seafood platter was a bit better than average for its price. The clam chowder was fantastic—truly the epitome of comfort food. However, I really hope they address the sticky tables and food splatters on the windows! Anything to enhance the dark and dreary atmosphere would be appreciated.

I had the seafood platter, and the fish and scallops were excellent. However, the shrimp were slightly overcooked. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Just a heads up: they only accept cash, so no credit cards are accepted.

We regularly use their takeout service. Their fish fries remind me of the ones I used to have as a child, and they are simply excellent. We make it a point to pick them up every Friday.
