Literally, every time I walk into this place they never have any bagels. I don’t understand how this place never has bagels for a bagel store. I’ve tried coming here several times over the last few months and there literally are no bagels to be had with still three hours till closing how is that possible? You would think that they would make enough to do business but instead I have literally went in there with my family and walked out every single time because there’s no bagels. They don’t even have any bagels in the back to replenish. I’ve asked on several occasions.
This restaurant has changed for the worse. One of the staff members provided me with a terrible experience. She had an unpleasant attitude and seemed to have a staring problem. I felt really uncomfortable as she stared at me for at least five minutes, giving me dirty looks and rolling her eyes. The customers in front of me also mentioned that she was extremely rude. I've never had an issue like this at any other establishment, and this is my first time writing a review on Google.
Something has happened to this bagel shop. The size and quality have deteriorated over the last year or so. They used to be fat and plump with many having no hole at all. Now they are like half the size...skinny and poorly formed. Since they've raised the price the bagels should not have gone down hill. Perhaps it has a new owner looking to squeeze more profit. My favorite bagel shop! They’re one of the few places that offers a French toast bagel, which is absolutely delicious! I love it toasted with butter. I’m not really a morning person, but on the rare occasion when my son misses his bus and I end up driving him, I make a point to stop here and get my bagel. I do wish they were open later in the afternoon, but it makes sense that they close early since they open so early in the day. Réservez une table maintenant
This place has fantastic bagels, but they tend to be overcooked. If you prefer a bagel that isn't burnt, just request a lightly cooked one, and they have some set aside in the back. It seems they might have a new cook, as the bagels weren't like this before. Overall, it's still a great bagel shop.
