Went in on a Tuesday night 7.50pm and restaurant was quiet with only 1 other table was occupied, which was perfect ambiance for us. Was served by Kelly and we loved most of the food recommendations and her service was great. Appreciate the Chefs that made our meals too! They were made with care and precision, just what we loved about the Japanese culture. Good place if you are craving for Japanese, definitely!
We had a big party of 7 adults and 1 toddler. Food was good, but not as creative as I would have liked, but I'm not paying $25 for a roll, so there you go : . The person helping us and the restaurant was very accommodating to my toddler's food request so kudos to them. For this reason, I would definitely come back.
Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. Fresh, inventive and interesting sushi rolls. I could taste each ingredient. The agedashi tofu was perfect! Will definitely go back and put this in my regular rotation for sushi dinners in SF.

Everything was delicious but service was a bit slow. We were also seated all the way in the back corner with a very loud group next to us which made it difficult to hold a conversation
This is one of our neighborhood gems. Each time, the food is tastier. Pricy but that’s normal SF.. and def not as pricy as its sister-restaurant nextdoor (never been).
Our sushi chef was exceptional and every piece was delicious. Apparently he also works next door at their Michelin star restaurant Omakase!
