Great seafood, a collaborative and epicurean staff, great bartenders. I can't recommend Oktopussy highly enough. The menu changes, but only to keep up with seasonal ingredients and palate. I wish they had more space to accommodate a larger crowd, I took a 9:00 PM dinner reservation but it was well worth the wait. Seafood seems to be their specialty, but I saw an amazing goose plate leaving the kitchen. If you're a foodie, I strongly recommend you treat yo self and visit Oktopussy if you are in Dusseldorf. It's not on the top restaurants list for nothing!
Great restaurant if is always busy and food is quite nice. The menu is quite limited but you definitely get quality ingredients for the price, it is a nice modern feel to the place and it has a nice buzz. The menu changes seasonally so probably my specific comments would not be that useful but I tried lobster salad followed by grilled sea bass. They were all very tasty my company had grilled octopus which was very tender and lovely. Lamb dishes looked nice as well. Would definitely recommend this place.
eating is really great. this restaurant is recommended if you like to try new ones. a taste explosion for the palate. kartoffelpüree is highly recommended.The service reads one of the wishes from the eyes and is nevertheless not intrusive yet super friendly.The ambiente is unobstructed and really beautiful.This restaurant is my new home.
Amazing food. Fun atmosphere. Wine is good. I got the braised beef shoulder. It was very good. Started off with the pork belly and it was very very good. If your a fan of the James Bond you'll love the name, but the 007 theme does not continue in this place. Nonetheless, the food is wonderful the staff is nice and helpful. düsseldorf really has so much to offer.But every time it brings me to the knowledge : - as excellent as in otopussy it tastes me nowhere.Best quality-refined combination foams round with perfection good service with best advice.The restaurant is very cozy and in more sociable round me has an evening as in the air.
relaxed atmosphere inside and outside, paired with nice and unobtrusive service. a creative menu, fresh and very tastefully prepared meals and a diverse wine menu. the fried octopus was excellent, the salat also and so we had a lot of joy on a long evening at a cabernet sauvignon. we like to come back.
