We were on a cruise and decided to visit Getxo rather than Bilbao and really pleased that we did. A short taxi ride from the terminal and a wonderful city which was really clean and had lovely church and architecture. Unfortunately weather was inclement so stopped at Oku Lounge for a break from the weather. So pleased we did, the barman was so friendly and spoke excellent English. The drinks were excellent and very good value for money, a glass of wine that he recommended was less than £2.50 and very nice. We did not eat but food looked excellent and was again reasonably priced. I would recommend a visit to this establishment, friendly, helpful and very good value for money, we will go back...
Café buenísimo lo pidas como lo pidas. Tiene como dos terrazas y cada una la llevaba un camarero, nos cambiamos de terraza por qué el camarero un hombre mayor) fue muy desagradable al hablarnos y al colocar la mesa. El otro chico era muy majo y educado. Demasiado trabajo para poco personal.
We had a relaxed afternoon of drinks and pintxo here sat outside just enjoying the sunshine and watching the world go by. We had a great chat (in English, and my broken Spanish with the staff, Indigo and Mabal, who are great to get on with and very friendly. Well worth a visit.
