Olamendi's Mexican

COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED! this food was totally a disappointment. The food lacked all the flavor. I got taco Enchilada, bad taste, horrible rice, and pour quality meat and cheese. My sister had chicken fajitas, poor quality chicken, soggy, tastless, tortilla soup horrible. All dishes are over priced, no service, people are rude. Most basic food (Chips) were bad, seems recycled. the meat had absolutely no seasoning. The food was horrible I will never go back ! don?t waste your time and money on this. Bad representation of what Authentic Mexican food is. And the service was also terrible, the waitresses showed no friendliness, they look disappointed to be there as well. Bad service ? they need new waitresses and definitely a new cook!

This is one of our favorite Mexican food spots. The food is of course delicious and fresh. The chips, salsa, beans and rice are primo. Our criteria are when a restaurant can nail these, then everything else seems to be in line. It's nice to go to the beach later.

Large Mexican cuisine, terrace over PCH from the beach and ocean. It's not better than that. I recommend the tortilla soup with chicken and the traditional chicken mol. Oh, and the Jumbo margaritas! Yum!

I've been enjoying Olamendi at various locations in Orange County for 30 years. This location in Capo Beach is very popular to me. Food, drinks and service are always top notch.

The view is unpaid. The story is remarkable, and the staff was great. But... nothing could save the food, unfortunately.
