First of all if l could give them a no star rating l would! I drove 30km to get some nice bagles so l thought. Had to pay for street parking also. I was there early 11:00 am. I got 2 onion 3 everything garlic 1 pumpernickel. I got home to make these for lunch and they were so hard and NO flavor! ? What a waste of time and money! The next day the 3 that l had left were as hard as a rock you could have used them for a puck. Stick with Dempsters at least their bagles are fresh and flavorful! I rate this place a zero. Don't waste your money buying these!

Not sure if Jessie is still the owner of this bagel shop, I remember going there when he was behind the counter and the place was always very clean, very tidy and the service was great, visiting the shop recently I was very disappointed to see how messy and dirty the counters were, it did not smell too good and the service is awful, it took almost 30 minutes to order and get one bagel made. It no longer looks and feels like a Montreal bagel house. It was so disappointing and I will not be going back.

i have no idea how this place has good reviews. not only is it dirty, but the bagels were old and stale, the employees were rude and have no customer service skills. they even charged me more for my bagels than the prices that were listed on their menu. there are so many better breakfast places. horrible experience. i would strongly recommend not coming here.

I recommend going there for a small snack or even a full meal. The bagels are huge and doesn't matter what would you have in it for sure it will be well served. We had a breakfast everything bagel with bacon, egg cheese, plain cream cheese) and and everything spinach and feta cheese bagel. Both were good.

I go out of my way to buy bagels here. They are made on the premises in a traditional brick oven, which you can see the bagels baking in. They're more in the Montreal style, and delicious. Several varieties available, including the classics. It's nice not to have to go to Toronto to get bagels like this!

This place went downhill. Very dirty inside.Actually look at where the bagels are stored. It is filled with grime, dust, and bagel particles.Service is so slow! I watched an employee make 1 sandwich for 10 minutes. The stock was almost practically empty, and no fresh bagels were being made.

Good flavouring, tasty bagels, great service. They have gluten free options as well. Bagels are on the smaller size but the pricing is fair.

Bagels are nice and fresh. Flavoured cream cheese is a nice touch. Too much cream cheese in my opinion. $11 dollars for one slice of salmon.

Delicious, traditional old style bagels. Fresh. Lots of variety. Not very friendly or welcoming which just takes the edge off.

Always amazing bagels and sandwiches. Need calorie information on the cream cheeses though.
