I really liked eating on the enclosed patio with the fireplace. Our waitress seemed a bit tired and forgetfull. We ordered drinks and my husband had to send his back, it was the oddest color martini, my drink was ok. I ordered a New York strip, but thats not what I received.I called it mystery steak. My husband ordered the spare ribs, they were tough and hard to eat. I loved my appetizer of roasted beets. My husband really enjoyed the squash soup. It was thick and creamy and full of flavor. The dessert was a gluten free brownie sundae. It was ok. We have eaten several times at Old Blinking Light and the food was fresh and perfectly cooked. Maybe this was an off night.
We had two people in our party that had dietary restrictions and based our decision on eating at OBL on their online menu. The actual menu didn't include the dishes that helped us decide to dine there. The Brussel sprouts were not up to par. Just the outer leaves. They were not very busy and service was a bit slow.
We sat out on the patio on a 70 degree day. It would have been chilly in the shade, but OBL thoughtfully had the heaters on. My friend and I both had Salmon salad and it was delicious! Great service and quiet on the patio.
Wld caught halibut special was tasteless and very dry.....the only redeeming part of the food was the queso served with the stale tortilla chips. Disorganized, inattentive service...never again.

Great Service on a crazy busy day (Mothers Day lunch). took awhile to get a table, but we expected that due to the volume Server was great food was great will definitely come back
We went for restaurant week. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly and my husband had the rolled tacos and he really enjoyed those.
Great food and service! It was quiet outside but much more energetic inside even though it was not busy.
Significantly Overbooked seating, wrong dishes served…horrible Mothers Day experience

I had the fish and chips, the fish was not good, the teig tasted like a refrigerator.
Food was good and we had a nice table on the outdoor patio. Recommend!
