But during my last visit, I was shocked from how I...was treated from the staff especially the waiter. The night was busy, so we asked to be seated as soon as it was possible and in the meantime we ordered drinks and cocktails 5 people). I reserved a table for two people for dining two weeks upfront and upon arriving on time we had to wait in a line (we werent the only reservation they didnt keep that evening). After approximately half an hour of waiting they sat us at...a table with a bank on one side but no chair on the other. So we couldnt eat at that small table sitting side by side. We called for the manager several times and he came much later but couldnt do anything for us. After waiting there for an hour for seating and a chair, we gave up and walked out of there. I used to visit this place often but now i am so disappointed i will not come again.
Wunderschöne Bar mit tollem Ambiente drinnen und draussen. Nach langer Zeit wieder mal hier und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Zuvorkommende, höfliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter untermalen die Qualität, die hier angepriesen wird. Man fühlt sich Willkommen und sofort wohl, das ist bereits ein Grund zum Wiederkommen.Die bestellten Tapas-Kartoffeln waren leider etwas hart im Kern, der bestellte Drink wurde rasch und freundlich zubereitet.Gerne wieder!
Der freundliche, zuvorkommende Service hat uns am Anfang etwas irritiert, denn das kennt man fast nicht mehr in Zürich. Hier findet man ihn noch! Von den Preisen in der Speisekarte wurden wir genauso überrascht. Hier bekommt man tatsächlich eine Bratwurst mit Kartoffelsalat für Fr. 19.-! Und dies mitten in Zürich. Das Lokal ist stilvoll, gemütlich, leider etwas laut.

Bedingt durch die Lage viel elitäres Publikum und oft sehr gut besucht. Schöne Cocktailauswahl und guter Service. Preise sind nicht abgehoben, guter Zürcher Durchschnitt. Signature Drinks sind etwas teurer. Schöne Atmosphäre, klassisch aber dennoch chic. Anscheinend die älteste Bar in Zürich, wurde aber vor ein paar Jahren renoviert. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

The DJ was amazing so I give for her a star. The food was worse than a precooked food from a really cheap store and the costumer service was extremely poor! Rude and super unhappy staff!
Man fühlt sich ein wenig wie in England, Edel-Pub-Atmosphäre, der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Küche ein sicherer Wert. Kleine Auswahl, dafür immer frisch.
