Despite there being no availability at the time I requested, the manager went out of his way to shuffle a few tables around, and was able to meet my request. I booked with two friends and we paid a £10 deposit each and pre-ordered our meals. Eight days before we were due to visit one of my friends told me that she now needed to care for her mother in law who was waiting for...an end of life hospice bed. Arrived without a booking and was quickly found a table. Order was taken. Drinks arrived promptly. A bit of a wait for food but it was busy and we were in good company. Food duly arrived piping hot. Proper chips so needed mayonnaise. Mayonnaise was...in sachets in a bowl. Tried several attempts to open but to no avail. Passed to adult grandson to try to open. Waiter is passing the table and I as a 72 year old lady politely asked “how do you open these” (thinking probably there was a knack to it) only to be answered “with your hands”. “How rude” the table chorused! we went on a weekday, so not book and appeared. beautiful against and warns busy what I didn't think because we had prams and I was breastfeeding. the personal was friendly and welcoming. great variety on the menu. I had 2 nibbeln as. a big thing and my friends ever had sandwich. all the food looked fantastic, I was happy with me. the chips looked good what my friends had. would have gone back there.
