This place is very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. As far as breakfast goes, the buffet had a pretty good selection but I thought it was pretty much standard issue in terms of taste. Nothing fancy or outstanding although I'm sure if you are a BIG eater you'd find this place a good value. The price however at $45 for two including coffee, orange juice, taxes and tip was too much for my liking. Neither my wife nor I are big eaters so I didn't feel it was good value for us. They do have regular menu items but being the weekend we were cautioned that the focus was on the buffet and that al la carte items would be 20 minutes or more.
We had lunch here on Sunday and decided to order from the menu even though the buffet looked really good. It was very busy but service was very quick and efficient. Between the four of us we ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich , BLT and the Club House. I have to say they were all good with fries but by far the Club was probably the best I've ever had. So good with a full chicken breast on it. I was hungry and it took all I had to finish. We will definitely be back. What a great place.
The food was very good and it was hot. The only thing I thought was not right was the server was sweeping the floor while we were waiting for our food. There was a lot of sand but it could have been done after, and she could have came and asked if our meal was good or if we needed anything else. But over all the food was good and we will go back for sure.
