Old School Burgers Ambler

Despite the chilly temperature inside the restaurant (32 degrees Fahrenheit), the food (burgers, fries, shakes) was delicious, although the toppings were sparse. The service was decent, but the strong-smelling disinfectant used to clean tables was off-putting. The lack of heating led to a low rating, as dining in such cold conditions was not enjoyable. Additionally, one member of our party slipped on the unlit stairs with no safety markings. Overall, it seems that customer comfort and safety are not prioritized at this establishment. The decor gives off a dive bar vibe and could use some improvement.

This is my second time at the Ambler location. The first time they forgot my shake. The second time, the food was absolutely horrible. They said they were out of most items (understandably it was half hr before close)Slop in a box is what we called our food. Over seasoned with salt the food tasted old. The burger bun was all crumbly. You can tell they don't put effort in how the food looks. Even tho online the pictures look impeccable. We tried to eat it, but it just felt wrong. We will never go back we are locals.

I ordered my steak medium rare and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious. However, the overall quality of the food at this restaurant is not as good as the one in Willow Grove.
