Old School Cafe - Réservation de table

We visited for lunch today, and I have to say, their website is quite misleading; it makes the place look much nicer than it actually is. Don’t be fooled—it's just a very greasy spoon. We had to ask the waitress to clean our table, which seemed to bother her. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered breakfast, while Lin opted for a bowl of chips and a slice of bread, which was advertised as sourdough for 50p. Instead, we received a slice of the cheapest white bread for £1, even though I had already gotten a slice of fried sourdough with my breakfast. The chips were overcooked, and we were told the bread would be coming soon. After waiting about 10 minutes, I politely approached the waitress...

This café is spacious and offers a wide variety of vegan options. Everything we tried was delicious, from the vegan sausage sandwich to the scrumptious cake! Additionally, their packaging is biodegradable, which is great for the environment.

The menu featured clearly labeled vegan options such as a vegan full breakfast, avocado and tomato on toast, and mushrooms on toast. The oat milk latte was exceptional. The staff was friendly as well. Réservez une table maintenant

I love the new look. Good brekkie, great coffee, fun staff but the only wish would be warm plates, as the food goes cold quickly. It is the only breakfast house in the area that serves cold plates.
