Even though it is called a pub, it is definitely more upscale but not trendy. The menu offerings are not as extensive as other similar places, but you should be able to find something you like. We visited on Saturday at 4:00 and were seated promptly. The restaurant has TVs showing sports games, which could be entertaining for a family, but I personally prefer a more traditional dining experience with a group at a table or in cabin seats. The customer service was excellent, with our waitress being very friendly and accommodating. My wife brought me to this restaurant for my birthday on a Friday night and I was very pleased with the food. We started with the duck nachos, which were delicious. I was a bit worried about their spiciness, but they had just the right amount of kick thanks to the Jalapeño slices on top. For my main course, I had the Gießhausburger and it was excellent. The rolls were toasted and crispy on the outside, while the patty was juicy and flavorful. My wife ordered the fish and chips, which were also tasty. The only downside was the table we sat at, which had a copper or brass finish that gave off a metallic smell. Despite this, I still enjoyed my meal and would consider coming back again.
The best beer and food place to hang in town. It is a tradition for us to visit this place once a month and bring our guests. You have great beer collections and delicious food. For the first timers, I recommend Duck Nachos. It's always our favorite. For main salmon (yum yum). They also have a great children's menu. We visited this place for three years and never had a hard time with them. The staff were friendly. Visit this place.
That was my second time in Old Town Pour House and I couldn't say better things. The atmosphere, food quality and prices are all some of the best you can find for a restaurant with American tavern tariff. We ordered the ducks Nachos and the Ahi Tuna Tacos and loved everyone. Our server Alex (Alejandro) was fantastic and kept our glasses full all night. Come on!
