we decided to go for 7 courses, but as always in restaurants awarded with a Michelin star, there are 4 Amuse-Bouches, a pre- and a dessert! all the dishes are quite complex, you have to concentrate very much to discover the various gratitudes. Fusion elements from different countries and many creative combinations, all very well. they keep their style and also make it possible to have the main dish as a highlight on the menu: grillteller 3.0, American and simply great. that has its price, 220€ pp with the wine-conveying (big and with high quality weeping), but the wall is enormous and the quality is more than 2 star. as last year I also made this year on the way to the north in the ole deele stop to enjoy the pureschmeckermenu.It was wonderful. I could enjoy the menu in the garden, the greetings from the kitchen and the delicious rosechampagner. attentive friendly service, craftsmanship and tastefully perfect kitchen.The menu was balanced, special wishes and dislikes were received uncomplicatedly. I like to come back and recommend the gourmet restaurant only.
