I like inovative cuisine as much as I love tradicional tapas. What I usuallu encounter under the cover of modern dishes (gastrobar) is an attempt to make something different with the downside of not picking the best products. Very little places pay attention of these...two sides of the coin, Ole Tapas in Conil does it, and really does. You jusy need to pick the tuna fish or the retinto meat to realize it. Last but definitively not least, the service is quick, smart and they keep asking if you need something else. I really apprecite it. Five stars to Ole Tapas
enchanted, very rich food, perfect service and correct prices. what I don't understand is the kind of person who puts a bad score on the establishment.... You should look at the level of unhappiness in your life, and I'm serious.

had an amazing tapas yesterday service was excellent and our waitress christina was very attentive, spoke very good English and gave us English and Spanish menus, she could not have enough for us

Had an excellent tapas meal here. Food was delicious and inexpensive. Service was friendly and efficient. Recommend the house wine. Its a little difficult to find but worth the effort.
