The Gasthaus Hirsch Program is a pleasure boat. Regional and sustainable foods can hardly be prepared. Every walk of the 5-course menu was tasted perfectly and the selection of wine for every walk left nothing to be desired. An open and accommodating operation came to all tasteful high enjoyment. The small conversation with the chef, who is also the owner of the restaurant, makes the upscale ambience of confidentiality and floor level. The satisfaction of the guest is the first. Love team, you convinced us and we will certainly come back to enjoy regional products. Enjoyment and craftsmanship - this is really good here! The card is not too big, but the more honest is the fresh preparation! A very delicious evening in a modern yet cozy ambience, paired with a surprisingly extensive (especially in German selection wine card). Regional products are processed almost exclusively, but the North Sea fish is not too short (and only in the Bouillabaisse... . Finally Andi Sondej spent a little time in the kitchen of the Soelringhof on Sylt. He can truly cook! Reserve an evening if you're in the area!
