I went into this establishment. The dinning area seemed not so busy but I could tell there was a lot of traffic for the people who wished to have carry out instead. My experience was fantastic. My server was Lenishiea or something like that. She was quick and efficient. The food was outstanding. I want to let the guests know that if they can go in for a bite to eat make sure you sit down if you have the time as the food and service is exceptional. I would hate to see this business fail because people just don't dine out anymore. Keep up the great job your doing young lady and hats off to the cooks. This can not be done without a great management team as well. See you all soon :
Had a carryout. The woman who took my order over the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. My order was somewhat complicated as I asked for options hat that weren't on the menu. Yet she was very patient and completed the order anyway. When I got there my order was almost ready (they were making fresh snackers for me so no complaints from me). Tbe cashiers were pleasant and friendly. And lastly and most importantly my order was perfect. This is a bit of a drive for me, I stopped here because I was out and in the area. But I can see myself driving out to this location again just because of the experience.
I visited St Clair Shores at 2-14. While the restaurant was very busy, I was very impressed by the way the staff worked the business. Managers have been seen to help their staff in welcoming and sitting the guest. The food lasted longer than you expected from Olga, but it was Valentine's Day and every table was full as they were buses to sit the guest right away. I work in the industry and complicate them for such a great job in a calendar holiday. The food was fresh, hot and worth waiting.
I always enjoy my meal at Olga. Although they seemed a little off last night. It's probably the first time I ever stood and waited to get a table for more than a few minutes. While our waitress was very nice and very efficient, I wish I could have got her name. They seemed to need more staff than it was a fundraiser night. Food was delicious and again I can't say enough about the waiting staff that they were very nice only briefly affected. Réservez une table maintenant
My experience today was outstanding. I like the additions of the fish items, maybe I will try them next time. Although my server almost persuaded me I had to stick with the Original. Haven’t had it in a while and it was mouth watering. Waiter Tyler was accommodating and a nice addition to the team. If he is there next time I will be sure to have him as my waiter. I highly Recommend . Was not busy and staff and manager very attentive.
I just ate with girls from work at Olga! We had great service and the food was fast and fresh at our table! We ensured that the manager knew how great, not only our server was, but all servers in place provided excellent customer service... even a difficult customer! Thank you. Olga's!
