To start, the staff were great and very kind however this review will be based on overall experience. I waited to order for about 25 min before I asked to be helped. The experience was definitely not worth what I paid. For a full course meal , I expected the food (steak was dry, ravioli was missing some flavor) to be at least fairly good compared to what I paid for. Lastly, I received all my drinks during my last course and had to ask twice for water during my wait. Overall I could tell everyone around me were having the same experience and someone even asked to speak to management.
Yesterday, I went to a Valentine's dinner with my partner, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The food took an excessively long time to arrive, and when it finally did, I found it quite disappointing. It lacked flavor, and it seemed like they didn't know how to cook properly. Additionally, the ambiance of the place was not at all what was portrayed in the photos. They promised live music, but there was none. To top it all off, they charged us an extra $70, and I still don't understand why. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
There did not seem to be a system fora assigning waiters so we had to wait a while to get someone to acknowledge us (several other tables left because they were never seen). Once we got a waiter, everything went smoothly but we seemed to get one of the good ones as other people had to wait a long time between courses before their waiter circled back around. But overall, was a good experience and outside of the waiter confusion, would definitely try again
We ordered calamari as an appetizer, and it was overcooked and had a rubbery texture. The cocktails were also disappointing and well below expectations. Overall, this restaurant was a complete letdown. It failed to deliver on customer service, drinks, and food. I felt it was a waste of time and money that could have been better spent at a different dining establishment.

It took 1 hour to get only first and second course from a menu that had 9 items. I dont understand how it is possible to limit menu to certain dishes(becauseof the Valentine's day) and fail to make them fast, especially when it was not possible to order outside of that menu. Another 20 minutes waiting for a check. Fancy food, fancy pricing, very low quality service.
Worse experience ever. We were there at 6, got severed at 8. Had to actually get up and go to the cashier to let them know they had not served the main course , waiter just stopped checking on us. Never even brought the check. Had to go to the front to pay the bill and leave. Left 0 tip, and I was generous at that
I will definitely return! The food was fantastic, the cocktails were delightful, and the service was incredibly friendly. Plus, the restaurant itself is beautiful!
We waited over 40minutes after being seated to have someone come over. After noticing the waiter approach other tables and not our table we decided to leave.

The quality was mediocre at best for mid-high end prices. Food was cold. Salad was huge and over dressed. Drinks were okay.
Unique dishes that are tasty. When crowded, can take a while for food. Overall very pleasant dining experienece.
