My server today was Angelica. She was energetic and perky but not annoyingly so. Always quick with a smile and a laugh. She was attentive and insanely quick to see to our needs without hovering by the tables. I was so impressed by the service that the issues with the food didn't even bother me. The food want bad per se. It just wasn't up to it's usual standard (And to address the issues with the food, they're in the middle of training and entirely new kitchen staff and they just haven't caught up yet. My husband and I came here for dinner tonight after a long day of traveling, we were heading home 4 hours away and we stopped here. They were busy! Our server was great. She accidentally forgot to put our order in so it was taking a lot longer thennormal to get our food, at this point we just wanted to go we had already been waiting and had to get on the road we told themwe would like to just pay for our appetizers and head out the manager Jody went above and beyond for us she took care of thatbill and gave us two meals to go with dessert. Excellent customer service!!
Dinner started out great. Good food and good service. Added 2 desserts to the bill and waited 10-15 minutes just to be told they were out, but could get us a couple frozen slices. We were fine with that. Didn't expect to have to wait another 10 minutes for them. Got to the hotel and they only sent one of the desserts we ordered and the other one was something completely different. Pretty disappointing. I visited Olive Garden for lunch on Saturday, and it was a fairly standard experience. The service was outstanding—our waitress was fantastic! The food was enjoyable; however, I would have liked the chicken gnocchi soup to contain more gnocchi. The minestrone soup was quite flavorful. They also offered a simple salad, which was ideal for the picky eater in our group. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Our bartender/server Wyatt was amazing! Great service and hilarious conversations. Wyatt, thank you for the Coke Zero and low fat dressing! He’ll understand.
