Google maps made a mistake and placed my review for another restaurant here so I am changing it. This place is wonderful their make your own pasta is one of the best deals on the planet. Maybe a chain, but well trained chefs and recipes that work consistently, plus a very very good salad. There is a reason that before Covid most of these restaurants had a line to get in. Now I hope we can soon get back to the old days of crowd and lively restaurants this is one of the best.
We visited Olive Garden Approximately at 9:22pm On Thursday September 1 it was not the best experience until Mr.Dustin Van Dyke took over and did all the steps of service to leave a great customer experience. Although my server claimed to not have lemon, Mr.Dustin supplied lemon. Although my server forgot to add shrimp to my Alfredo after telling her twice, Mr.Dustin supplied shrimp. Thank you for your service but I will not be returning.
I love the food but after being seated the waitress rook way to long to come and take our order. My husband had to go back up front to let the lady know that sat us that we were not being waited on. They had to go look for the waitress. Once she got our orders, she was on point. Hopefully if we visit again we won't have to go through that. It wasn't a busy night that night either so ...we will see.
The food was what you would expect from Olive Garden, which is quite good. In my opinion, they serve the best calamari appetizer. The service was also commendable. However, the area outside the restaurant seems a bit neglected, and the landscaping could use some improvement. While Dupont Highway may look a bit worn, the interior of the restaurant is well-maintained.
We got seated fast. Our server was ok. Had to keep asking for refill and breadsticks. I wish I could say that it was because they were busy but sadly it's just because she was slow and not paying attention. I will definitely go back to this restaurant. The food was good and all exactly what we ordered.
I had stopped going for many years but decided to go because it was close to my work, I didn't want fast food, and I wanted to be able to sit. I was not disappointed. Server was polite, food came out hot and arrived to the table quickly. This was important since I only had an hour break.
