Honestly, 1 one star isn't fair because we were never served so I have to default to a 1 star since no option exists for N/A or 0. We arrived at 11am and were greeted and seated immediately. I hadn't had breakfast so I was really looking forward to a good meal. 17 minutes later we left, no waitress or waiter approached us in those 17 minutes. I saw plenty of people working but no one serving us. I used the ziosk on the table to call staff but to no avail. It was an awesome full filling dinner everything was hot cooked deliciously with great tasting flavors. The extended salad, breadsticks and soap is belly filling by the time we got our lasagna a couple bites and the carry out box it is. The waitress Christina was attentive, friendly and definitely went out her way of explaining the tasteful soups. We only got 2 try 2 the Italian one is the best ! The environment clean. There health inspection restaurant score is 99% I shall visit again whenever in that area. I must say I forgot my expensesive sunglasses and had to turn around to get them they had them ready for me at the host desk. Thank you for that honesty to get those sunglasses back?
Literally took over 20 minutes for a order of soup to go which i never received, I even called it in, nobody ever came to the Togo section I had stood waiting for 20 mins as workers walked passed me I ended up just leaving.. Sat at the bar on a Sunday just after noon. Brooke was friendly and professional. Her service and personality were top notch. Pinot Grigio she suggested paired well with fettuccine Alfredo. Pleasant experience and delicious lunch.
