We had a large party of 10 persons for a hospice reunion. We do this twice a year. Three times if we can schedule it and we go to different restaurants all over the Pinellas county area. We had 2 great servers, Emma and Lily question mark they were patient? And kind, several of us nurses are retired and take longer to order than others. A couple of us, unlucky gals are still working. Ha ha. We all ordered multiple different entrees. A few of us had build your own pasta with soup or salad. And with this choice, your soup or salad is refillable. This restaurant is all over the place. Started off with them telling me it was going to be an hour for a wait but for once they were really off with their timing because it turned out to be more like 20 minutes if that. So that's a plus however when we got to our table it was the longest wait for our waiter to show up at our table. I'm not sure if it is because they are under staffed or what but it was like that in the whole place. We saw a couple come in shortly after us and they got fed up waiting and left. But when the waiter did finally show up they were very friendly and attentive. Sure he did have his moments of disappearances but it was just fine with me because I hate a clinging wait...
We arrived as a group of six around 9:20 PM, and unfortunately, the hostess didn’t seem very welcoming. I understand she might have been tired at the end of her shift, but her attitude came off as quite rude. After a short wait, we were seated. We decided to stay because our friends wanted to eat at Olive Garden, although I probably would have left given the situation. The highlight of our visit was our excellent waiter. However, one of my friends’ meals never arrived, and she chose not to wait any longer since the food was taking too long. On a positive note, the endless soup and salad were wonderful.
The restaurant consistently delivers excellent American and Italian dishes. After ordering the unlimited soup and salad, I decided to do a soup taste test. To my surprise, my top pick was the Zuppa Toscana—a flavorful broth filled with sausage, kale, and potatoes. Coming in second was the hearty Pasta e Fagioli, rich with beef, beans, and vegetables. Third place went to the Chicken and Gnocchi, with Minestrone rounding out the lineup. My server was enthusiastic and encouraging throughout my soup tasting experience. They also offer chocolate mints with the check, adding a sweet finishing touch!

Olive Garden used to be top-notch when it came to restaurants, but I’m not impressed at all nowadays. I ordered takeout online, and while I understand times are tough, when I order just salad and breadsticks, I expect the container to be full—not half empty. The vegetables looked disappointing, as shown in the attached photo. The garlic bread had more garlic than actual bread. It’s also unfortunate that the only way to leave feedback now is publicly. Again, these are challenging times.
I usually don't write reviews for chain restaurants, but I really enjoy this pasta dish at Olive Garden. Sometimes I end up there by chance. The staff can be a bit rude to me (though not to my partner) every time we visit, but we still like this place. We don’t tip generously or complain much, yet the kind server always makes sure to bring my order.
At Olive Garden, our server Brook was incredibly kind and worked tirelessly! While enjoying our meal, we noticed her attentiveness to other tables—she was always friendly and helpful. She greeted guests promptly and ensured the food from the menu arrived quickly. Brook did an outstanding job and is one of the best servers I've ever had!
Great servers! We had a large party and staff was friendly and very patient with us! Drinks and food were delivered quickly and everything was fresh and hot! Restaurant and restrooms appeared clean. Place was rather crowded but clientele was nicely spread apart for Covid precautions.

Had a baby shower and they let us use the back room. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Made the party even more fun. Food was delicious. Loved the appetizers. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great service! Good food! This Olive Garden is definitely headed in the right direction. It is way better now than just a few years ago. Give them another try. You'll be happy you did. We definitely were.
