Olive Garden - Réservation de table

I organized a birthday dinner for my teenager with 25 guests on just a week's notice. I discovered that the restaurant doesn’t take reservations on weekends, but I spoke with Miguel, one of the managers, who kept me informed and allowed me to arrive an hour early to set up the decorations. Everything turned out wonderfully! I had two servers who were fantastic—very attentive and professional. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks because the staff made everything run smoothly. The only suggestion I have is for the restaurant to consider taking reservations and deposits. Overall, Olive Garden is an excellent venue for hosting events, and the food and drinks were of great quality.

If you've been to an Olive Garden before, you know what to expect from the food. Our waitress, who unfortunately I can't remember the name of but had a small heart tattoo on her face, was outstanding. My wife and I were seated promptly, but it took about 10 minutes for anyone else to check on us. Before that, we had already put down our menus and closed them when she approached us, despite not being assigned to our table. She truly went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

I usually don't write reviews for anyone, but my boyfriend and I were truly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Chris. He was incredibly friendly from start to finish and made it a point to check on us whenever he could, even during busy times. I can't emphasize enough how enjoyable our experience was and the positive impression he left on us, especially since we can be a tough crowd to impress. Thank you so much, Chris! We really appreciate you!

The service was absolutely unparalleled! Jennifer was our waitress, and I have to say, it was the best service I've ever experienced. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my family and me feel right at home. My children had a fantastic time with her as well! I never had to wait or even ask for anything, as she was always attentive to our needs immediately. This was truly the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant! Réservez une table maintenant

Today, I ordered curbside pickup from a location that I don't usually visit, but it was the closest one at the time. I'm pleased to say they did a much better job than my usual spot in Downey. The pickup process was incredibly quick, and they even added extra cheese and sauce as I requested, which I really appreciated.

She informed us that pizza wasn’t available on the children's menu, which helped our kids make different choices than they usually would. Our food was delicious, and we all had a wonderful time. Jocelyn checked in on us throughout our meal, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Jocelyn, for your great service!

This might be the only restaurant that continues to earn as much as they did when indoor dining was still allowed. It's quite busy, but the food is excellent! Réservez une table maintenant
