I received my curbside to-go order quickly, but I was disappointed with the cream chicken gnocchi soup. It was too watery and tasted more like broth than a creamy soup. There was hardly any chicken, and I only found two pieces of gnocchi. I ended up throwing it away! When you place an order, you expect the food to match its description, so when it doesn’t, it feels like you’re not getting your money’s worth. If I had dined in, I would have returned the soup, but since it was takeout, I didn't have that option and felt cheated. This really spoiled my meal.
I recently spent $40 on two Carbonara dishes, and it was a disappointing experience. The food was greasy, and both the chicken and shrimp were overcooked. The salad was also not fresh, as the purple onions were spoiled. This has been the worst carryout meal I've ever had from Olive Garden. We are extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning. It's unfortunate that your staff seems to lack consideration for customer service and food quality.
I had my first experience at this location and was welcomed with a friendly smile. The wait was reasonable, especially given the current staffing issues. The food arrived hot and tasted amazing. Our server, Tyson, provided exceptional service. The pumpkin cheesecake was incredible, although it’s unfortunate that it’s only offered for a limited time. Thank you, Tyson and the team, for making our visit with our college daughter so delightful!
Our server was outstanding, and the food was delicious, but I can't help but feel that the prices are climbing a bit too high. I'm uncertain if I'll come back, unless it's for a weekday lunch. They do ensure that you leave satisfied with the salad and bread they provide. We were seated much quicker than we thought we would be, but unfortunately, it was pretty busy, so our food took longer to arrive than we had anticipated.

The service at Olive Garden is reliably good, though the attention to detail could improve, which explains some of the negative feedback. My bread plate and main dish both had spots on them, and drink refills took longer than expected. The food is simple and acceptable, but considering the average cost of $20 per person, the quality leaves room for enhancement.
The food was delightful and full of amazing flavors. I especially loved the breadsticks. I tried the pasta e fagioli soup, which was incredibly flavorful. My daughter ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was just as wonderful. I always look forward to my visits to Olive Garden.

The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. The new fried shrimp miso appetizer was amazing. The Italian flavors are really captivating! Plus, the unlimited chicken gnocchi, salad, and breadsticks—count me in!

I ordered the salmon and broccoli, while my niece opted for the lasagna. Since I don’t eat meat, I can’t personally comment on the lasagna, but she mentioned it was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, my fish was overcooked.
