Olive Garden Italian

This is the second and the last time I am visiting this Olive Garden location. Usually the olive garden restaurants are well maintained and pretty good. This location turns out to be an exception. When we entered, there was no one available to greet and get us seated. However, there were employees who were looking around but not coming forward to help . Finally , went to one of the lady there and she pretended as if she forgot and asked another lady to get us seated. Secondly, when you enter the restaurant, there is a very weird distinct smell that is a complete turn off. However, we went ahead and ordered food. The food was good but not as expected as we had at other olive garden location ....

Food was good, when it finally arrived. The place isn't run tight enough to visit on a busy day. 90 min wait on estimated 60 min wait. Took 30 mins to get drinks and bread after being sat. Was never offered refills on drinks, managed to track the server down once to get a refill, and then the drink was wrong. Drinks finished after that point were never refilled (pretty expensive price to get just one fill). Was never offered refills on the endless salad and soup. Soup arrived 20 mins after the entrees.. and it was lukewarm (after being told it was made fresh moments beforehand). Server never picked up any dirty finished plates as new things arrived. Great experience this evening. Went out for a family birthday dinner and it's a beautiful location with outside seating available and a nice pond in the back for walking off the food. It's a bit loud inside the restaurant but overall the service was great! I had the Tour de Italy sampler which in my opinion is the best thing on the menu. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo which was also good. The Lasagna was great, the risotto and beef were super tasty. The red sauce is just right and not too overpowered with tomatoes. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and just as good, and the pasta was al dente and cooked perfectly Very pleasant experience. I recommend coming here with an empty stomach, be prepar...

This was a very unfortunate... everything was great, the food meets olive garden tastes... Service was fast and friendly... The only issue I had was there was a major nat infestation!!! I killed 2 and thought that the problem was over until I found one in my beer and then another 3 flying around. Update: the manager came by and immediate apologized for our experience and didn't make any excuse. He even discounted our bill immediately. I would give it a try but just don't sit in the bar area.

Soft drink arrived after 15 minutes, Appetizers arrived after we finished dinner , beverage no taste any alcohol mojito with one mint second no we returned and bartender put as a garnish , the pasta was not cooked well the sirloin was cook very good
