I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but I think I'm done. They actually charge you for food that tastes like it's frozen and far from authentic Italian cuisine. We ordered a pizza for the kids, and it didn’t resemble what was advertised; it was more like a frozen pizza. The lasagna was cold and tasted terrible. The alcoholic drinks were just ice and water, and the soup was also cold. I could understand if it were a busy time, but on a nearly empty Sunday night, that's inexcusable. The bathrooms were dirty, and both times I was there, no one was at the front desk, so we had to wait for someone to show up. This was one of the best culinary experiences we had in a year. Our server (Ray), was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, stationary with our party, and very efficient. My husband and I separated the tour from Italy and could take an article. Our glasses never remained empty, and the food was delicious. The entire staff welcomed us from the moment we went and how we would pass them until we were gone. I made a point to talk to the manager to tell her what a wonderful experience we just enjoyed, and she made sure to listen to the time and get involved. This was much better than other locations we tried, so I think we're just staying with this place.
