Olive Garden Whittier

My Sister-in-law, was a manager here at the Olive Garden in Whittier at the Quad. Back when she was the manager, there was great service,servers were clean and neatly dressed. You’d walk in the place it was clean didn’t smell like a bathroom, the cleanliness here has gone way down over the years, the restrooms are horrible, so it’s no wonder it smells the way it does, when you walk in. Some of the servers are really rude. We keep coming back here, because we live so close and with the hopes that it has changed, and unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. The food isn’t at its best. Olive Garden needs to get someone in here that can manage this place better!!

We stopped in for an early dinner. Overall the food and service was good. I was highly disappointed when we received the Angel hair pasta with marinara sauce with the sauté shrimp all mixed together even when we ordered the shrimp to be completely separated. Then after waiting a long time, we received the shrimp on a separate dish only to see that the kitchen staff just picked off the shrimp from the original dish. We asked for a manager who immediately brought out a new dish, compensated us for the issue and explained that she spoke with the kitchen staff. The manager was very attentive and we appreciated her resolving this issue quickly.

I had a phenomenal experience on Father's Day. I ordered food for takeout, Shrimp, scampi and fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken the portions were generous, great taste. Juan the kitchen manager was courteous, exceptional customer service, He took his time with my order and made sure that everything was as I Ordered it. my appreciation to the team of amazing cooks that prepared, my order a special thanks to David for helping me with the menu. Definitely will be returning.

I enjoyed coming to eat here. It was good. Everything was ok. I appreciate the service here! The restrooms are not single and private. There can be about 4 people inside the restroom at the same time. The restrooms are clean.

1st time at this location after many years of having Olive Garden. I love the service and foods. My favorite is Scampi Shrimp and i replaced pasta to Fettecine less creamy sauce, mixed drink and pumkin dessert with coffee. One the table also has menu gadget to show pix of foods to order and pay bills. Im very impressed with it and will be back again.

It's always a little packed, but they get you in as soon as they can which is about 5 to 15 minutes. The service is great, the food is delicious and I luv, luv, the drinks. The company I went with was pretty good too. I luv my Whittier Olive Garden.

Everything was delicious!!! The spinach artichoke dip hands down best thing! Service was good. Just felt rushed. Our plates were coming out one by one didn't really have a chance to enjoy one thing at a time so our table was overwhelmed.

This is my favorite Olive garden. I live near the Brea Olive garden but I can't get consistent service or food at the Brea restaurant. The food is always good and the servers are always friendly overall Always are pleasant experience .

Great service, friendly staff. Our waiter was on top of things. You can never go wrong with all you can eat soup and salad. My son enjoyed a kid size pepperoni pizza. The kids size pepperoni pizza has improved since last time we came.

Love it all the time. Great customer service from all even from the manager. The food, bread and salad was very tasty freshly made. Drinks were bomb.
