In our humble opinion…the best dishes were: onion rings but it was the aioli dip that made it great lemon drop cocktail with Tito’s beignets with vanilla ice cream Unfortunately, the fried chicken was a bit dry, mashed potatoes was average at best and the asparagus was okay. My husband had the French dip that was a bit too much on the side of cheese and onions. The taste, again, was average at best. The service was good not great but keeping in mind with businesses struggling to get staff, it was understandable that we had long gaps of time waiting for food and drinks. If you’re looking for a decent bar to hang out this could be okay. I don’t think I’d recommend the restaurant as a do over.
We love the bar and ambience of the historic building. The bartender was great and the service was helpful. The main course was not good however. We ordered the Bistro filet, medium rare. We were served a medium well sliced tri tip, too tough to eat. I asked about the filet and they said the name means it will be steak…? Also I had a small potato in my mashed potatoes. They were thin and tasted of flour. I’m giving feedback only so they can take a look at their kitchen and find a way to return it to the great one it used to be. Cathy
I won't be returning to this restaurant. On a Friday night, we arrived to find no hostess to greet us—just a sign instructing us to seat ourselves. We waited at our table, but no one came to take our order or offer us water. It turned out that we had to go to the bar to place our order ourselves. They were out of many menu items, including the wine we wanted. The wait staff was scarce, and overall, we were very disappointed with the experience. We won't be coming back.
I made a dinner reservation after the show, but I was unaware that the Steak House had closed due to the chef quitting. If I had known, I would have chosen a different restaurant for dinner. This was my fourth visit, and I had brought a friend along, excited to tell her how wonderful the dinner would be.

Ashley our waitress was great. Mac and Cheese balls were not that great. The pretzel bits were great. Great price during happy hour. Drinks were good. The margarita was a little spicy for me, thought I was given a the jalapeño margarita. Got a new one and it was the same. Over all good.
Great service, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere but the fillet, vegetables and mashed potatoes were amazing. We had a very nice dinner and the old fashioned was very good.
The food and drinks are excellent. The staff works diligently to ensure that customers enjoy their experience. The building and decor are a great fit for Lincoln.
