Spent $39 for a basic vege curry that was poured out of a microwave packet, a bland and tiny 'burrito ' with a side serving of beans (they were the only redeeming factor of the meal), and a tiny chia pod and a cookie. This was a (small) basic fast food meal without drinks for 2 adults and a small snack for $20 per person. This was one of the most disappointing meals in recent memory. The menu is FAR too big to actually consistently offer fresh/quality food this is the first red flag. If a place is selling sushi rolls, burritos, curry, coffee and still advertising 'coming soon laksa ' from 6 months ago that still isn 't on the menu, it needs to be avoided. YES, I'm a skeptic when it comes to over-charging organic, natural, health food and anything that comes under that gimmick, however I'm happy to take my word back if I'm mistaken ..... about these stuff. As I was standing in front of McDonalds, Oliver's and KFC counters at Officer's freeway rest area, I was stuck between ordering coffee between McD Oliver's. My choice on Oliver's is drawn by its money back guarantee if it's not good. So I gave in to a little over-priced Soy Latte, hoping that it will be good. To my surprise, it is more than just an average coffee, well done and kudos to Oliver's management, I shall try more of your Menu. Thank you.
It's great to have somewhere to go when hungry at a truck stop other than KFC and Maccas. And healthy food I agree. But do you have to gouge customers with VERY overpriced fair. I sushi roll $4.50 A simple sandwich over $7!!! I wanted a sandwich, small coffee and small salad $25!!!! I nearly fainted. Sandwich was dry. Coffee non descript but small salad was delicious. These are prices the unsuspecting pay in CBD . Not a truck stop in Scoresby! Lady who served me totally disinterested and kept gossiping to barista. I won't be returning.
A refreshing alternative to typical fast food restaurants! I was pleasantly surprised by a delicious gourmet pita filled with lamb. The portion size was generous—I even ate half of it before saving the rest for lunch. The coffee I had was quite good as well. The staff was excellent, especially given how busy it was that morning. Plus, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and child-friendly, with ample parking available. Réservez une table maintenant
very disappointed by oliver. eating was always overpriced, but to my annoying had raised the lamb bag by $2, like many other menu items. the bag is also extremely small for the cost. the last two times I went to where there was no rice left. I have often enjoyed olivers on the drive past officer, as I do not enjoy mcdonalds or kfc, but because of the price increase I will not eat there anymore.
My go to when on the road. Yes, I would like beans with that. Lamb pita pocket is delicious. Yes it's probably too pricey for what you get, but when you look at the other options...I'd rather pay premium. Service time could be sped up a little bit too. Staff at the Eastlink stores often feel gossiping takes priority over food prep....not the best look.
I can 't recommend any company openly anti-vaccine, anti-science that advertises David Wolfe 's products, a Flat Earther and guru who believes salt stops the oceans floating away (because Gravity is a lie). Get your children vaccinated and eat at a vegan store that supports evidence based medicine and nutrition.
