Delicious and Delightfully Kitschy. My partner and I love this place. Every once in a while we like to go for the High Tea and to browse the British sweet shop.<br/ <br/ The Service:<br/ <br/ The waitresses are always friendly, pleasant, and attentive without hovering. But be forewarned: the atmosphere IS very casual, so one must occasionally wait to be noticed and seated, and if having your waitress spending time chatting with other customers is going to upset you, I recommend you opt for tea elsewhere. Don't be afraid to ask the staff for anything they're very kind.<br/ <br/ The Food:<br/ <br/ There is a very impressive tea menu, with a wide variety of black, green, and herbal teas. A pers...

I love this place its amazing when I lived in chilliwack I loved coming here and when I visit I try to come here when I can it's really great atmosphere, the food and goods are very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always learn something new about England when I there and I always have a lot of fun, try the high tea for sure as most high teas in vancouver and stuff are like 30- 40 per person so for 13-15 person it's a steal and leaves you with money to buy pastries teas and uk sweets afterwards they also always have special high teas and meals each month so theres always something new to eat there

Amazing food, atmosphere and staff!. This British shop and tearoom is the best in the Valley. The staff are so polite and lovely to talk with. We had the steak guinness pie with mushy peas and the taste of Britain and would recommend it if you are missing the tastes of home. The prices are very reasonable and the service was excellent. After lunch we walked down memory lane through the museum and then bought some British bacon and baked beans to take home. Loved it!

I love shopping at dickens! It’s always a treat to get to pick up some cool baking supplies, a fun gift for a friend, a bag of sweets for my own sweet tooth, a ginger beer and a teapot all in one run! haven’t been able to try the high tea yet, hopefully soon. I just wish they were open later they always close at 4 so I don’t get in much due to work.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! There's tons of baking and decorating supplies and all sorts of imported food. The museum had so much to look at and my toddler enjoyed looking through the books. Unfortunately the tea room was closed but we will be back!

There. Is. So. Much. To. See. AND there's lovely dine in food service available if you fancy some high tea or classic British far. A must visit for any tourist or for those just feeling nostalgic for all things British. You definitely won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our visit here. The tea, service and food made for a pleasant experience. The room is quite small and two louder tables made for an unpleasant noisy experience. You should try it out for yourself.

It was pretty awesome! The Titanic section upstairs was pretty cool. Love the candy store, very reasonably priced. The little restaurant was booked up, so book in advance if you want to go : !
