I had an appointment in Southbank and came across this charming cafe offering a great selection of toasties. I tried the Roasted Cauliflower Toastie for $16.00. I appreciated the variety on the menu, but I felt the roasted cauliflower portion could have been a bit larger. A cauliflower steak with bolder seasoning might be an excellent alternative. Adding jalapeño slices as an option could also enhance the flavor significantly. It was a healthy vegetarian choice that felt light, nutritious, and tasty—a perfect lunch.
