My wife and I were just looking for something that was open because we were hungry and it was late. I looked up places nearby and this one popped up. It looked more like a bar from the pictures so we were sceptic all but tried it anyway. We walked in around 11:00PM and some people were eating but some we're standing at the bar. We asked if there was food and the manager (at least I assume he was) seemed hesitant. His food menu, as he pointed out, was not only all in French but also turned around, so I think we came in after the kitchen was supposed to be closing. He told us he'd "take care of us," and told us to sit while he went in the back. He let us know he ordered us something, and we'd enjoy it, and if not, he'd pay for it. It was 14€ per plate, so I figured it wa going to be like any other good we already had: a little bit for a lot. When it came out it looked beautiful. Pork loin, mashed potatoes, and green beans. "Very typical French," he told us. As we ate, it tasted even better than it looked! When we were done, we were even full! With the bill they even gave us complementary shots of rum. The atmosphere was very social. Not incredibly quiet, but I didn't expect that when I went in. Very sports-bar-like. But everyone was very friendly and the food was amazing!

Was recommended by friends and decided to try it for a quick lunch. We went for the menu for 16.50 including main dish and dessert. I chose the fish of the day who was very tasty but the rice with it was over cooked. The veg were fresh and tasty too. We had for dessert the charlotte au chocolat which was a big mistake: not nice presentation, to heavy, we expected something much more with a home made charlotte style and taste. Only 3 desserts were on the menu so was obvious for us to pick the charlotte. At lunch time you expect to be looked after very quickly which was not the case. The restaurant was quickly full. I guess after 12.45 it's necessary to book. We didn't.

One of those restaurants which you not find on your own. Lot of locals, which is a good sign! Friendly personal, friendly visitors, nice ambiance. One of those addresses you only find throuh TripAdvisor...

A perfect place for a casual family dinner. Great French food fusion, And very generous portions, a good option if you don't want to miss a match.
