Here you can spend the morning with the girlfriend! We had breakfast Grandma Else and Grandpa Hans, once we smelled and once more cheesey. Everything was fresh and delicious. The bread of the bakery Vettel around the corner was a poem! Service friendly and attentive. After 3 hours we were happy for a chair with backrest there are also tables with high stools! Outside you can also sit very nicely in the heart of Mainz's old town, but at the moment the wasps are very annoying.
We eat and drink more often in the Grandma Else and it was always very nice! Pleasant ambience, very nice, attentive service and breakfast (especially the pancakes and the scrambled eggs with bread as well as the warm dishes are very delicious. Portion sizes are like grandma, we really never had to go hungry; so we like to come back at any time, it is only recommended!
We were very excited! Everything tasted super, the service was very friendly and crisp and the ambience was cuddly and welcoming. Unfortunately we don't come from Mainz, otherwise we'd probably be there more often. Just to sneak!

Very cozy, delicious food (I love breakfast) and friendly staff. Grandma Else is very popular with students. It is worth eating a piece of cake there after a walk through the old town!
Eat with 4 people this morning, everything we ate was super delicious, especially the cooked eggs were on site! Thanks also for the very nice service!
Great breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere with good service and super price ratio. My favorite comb is the scrambled eggs and then the pancakes;
