We have been here several times in the really nice historical cafe on Schönberger beach right behind the dike. Since it was nice and sunny weather, we decided this time to sit in the wind-protected, idyllic coffee garden under a flowering chestnut tree. We immediately knew what we wanted to order. Otherwise you have really trouble choosing the delicious homemade cakes, cakes, waffles and pancakes. The seasonal offer was waffles with fresh strawberries, 1 bullet vanilla ice cream and cream, which we naturally took as strawberry fans. There was a latte Machiatto. As expected, the service was always nice and friendly. Unfortunately there is no longer any terrace operation. Coffee and food, as always, very good. The ambience is good. Furnished with a lot of love and taste to match the name of the house. Small but cozy. Anyone who is in this corner should plan a visit. No loss of quality this year either. The selection of cakes has even increased. Nice garden corner.

There are vegan cakes, vegan ice cream and milk alternatives for coffee. We had pieces of apple and black forest cherry cake and bee engraving. It's great! You can sit comfortably in the garden and the staff are very nice and helpful.
