They don't acknowledge their loyal customers, so I won’t ever be coming back here again. I spent so much money in this place and they want to tell me 2 weeks later when I come back because they were closed awhile for holidays that their system was down and they didn’t charge me for an $8 product over 11 days ago. Of course, I paid, but that says a lot about the business. It wasn’t even about the $8, which is pocket change money, it’s about the principle of things to tell me this 11 days later to remember throughout all the holidays about this $8 charge when I come back in the store and not feel embarrassed telling me this when I have been a customer for years. I absolutely adore this place! The customer service here is outstanding, with two lovely ladies always available to help with phone calls, online orders, and just being sweethearts in general. The staff is incredibly helpful, always willing to provide more information on any product. Every time I visit, the spot is clean and well-organized. The owner is also very kind and knowledgeable about the products on the shelves. If you're in town, make sure to try their acai bowls - they're a must! Overall, I have a great appreciation for this place and the journey there is definitely worth it.

Up front you have a selection of vitamins, and herbs, mid-way into the store, there's natural medicine and food products like organic sauces, spices, pasta, different ingredients. You have organic sweets, chips and snacks. In the back you can order food. I've tried many açaí bowls but this one is hands down the healthiest. It's not sweet at all, plus it's all natural. Im definitely coming back to continue buying açaí bowls. They also sell protein balls which taste amazing. You must try

On Friday, November 25th, 2022, a female employee at the restaurant cost us customers. She was on the phone discussing pricing and ordering a product and told me to wait 5 minutes for a text with her name. When I called her back, she was unhelpful and rude, claiming she wasn't ordering anything and abruptly hanging up. This behavior was lazy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning the quality of customer service at this establishment.
Really disappointed that when you order online and they don't have one of the items that you ordered, instead of a friendly heads up call, they just refund you and bring the rest of the order. I am extremely disappointed and this was unprofessional. I had someone waiting for their order for 45 minutes just for the delivery to show up with it refunded. Not nice.
The atmosphere of this restaurant is truly unique! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide variety of health products that are hard to find elsewhere. The Woodstock brand's medjool dates are a must-try - they are the best dates you will ever taste!
It was such an experience shopping here. The staff is so friendly and attentive to anything I needed! There was even a cute to-go organic juice bar serving a variety of different foods and smoothies!
