The service was quite slow. The calamari was overcooked, making it tough and dry. The sauce tasted like store-bought Ragu from a jar. As for the mussels, many of them were empty, hard, and overcrowded, and I frequently found pieces of shell mixed in.

I like the On The Border in Columbia Md. The staff is great and the food is good. But the best part for me is happy hour. The drinks are the best and the margaritas are on the point. Thank you. At the border
