I recently hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant, and I was quite shocked by how disorganized the event was. The party lasted two hours, but for at least an hour, the children had no planned activities and were left to play freely, which turned out to be quite chaotic. The staff requested that parents supervise the kids. When it was finally time to do the craft, there weren't enough supplies for everyone. I left feeling disappointed, as the staff had little interaction with the children apart from taking their orders.
Love this place and the owner and staff! So attentive, the play space is filled with great toys for the kids and my kids LOVE the ice cream! They always have super cute party themes (I especially love the Christmas photo opps with Santa or the Easter events!! They also always have such cute princess character appearances which my daughter loves. We LOVE this place and always pop in when visiting family because my kids always ask to go back!
The experience here was absolutely fantastic! Carol customized a hybrid play date/Mini birthday party for my three-year-old grandniece for me when I was unable to attend her regular birthday party. The girls loved it, the space is adorable, the customer service was above and beyond and the ice cream was delicious. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back!
My kids absolutely ADORE this spot! We couldn’t be happier with the atmosphere- Super Cute decor with a very professional and friendly staff. We’ve been by to sample their delicious ice cream flavors as well as attend several private events and birthday parties. They will not disappoint for your next celebration!

What an excellent venue for hosting a party! The staff was outstanding and very attentive. Everything ran seamlessly, and everyone had a wonderful time! I highly recommend it for parties and open play!
I had a pretty bad experience with this place. Had my daughter’s first birthday party there and it was disappointing and honestly pretty embarrassing. I was literally apologizing to my guests.

Very nice clean place. The ladies were very helpful. The playground is for toddlers.
