I 've been following Anne 's cooking for a long time now. From the days when she cooked in New Saigon to Vietnamese Cafe, her cooking always brought me to her tables. She uses simple ingredients and magically turns them into flavor parties in your mouth. Anything I ordered tasted like it was cooked with love. It 's like going to your favorite Aunt 's house that you haven 't seen in a long time and she makes you all your favorite dishes. I don 't have a go to dish that I would recommend because all that I have ordered were top notch. But what I would recommend is trying her soft shell crab dish. This place is fantastic!!This review is long overdue!! We’ve been coming to One Vietnamese for over 2 years now regularly! It’s not at all close to our home. Yet…My sons and I crave their Noodle Bowls among other things weekly, and we never hesitate to make the trek 2-3 times a month. Their pork thinly sliced and seared perfectly every time is to die for. Rice Noodles are also always on point! Shrimp paste is something I dream about when hungry.The Owners are passionate and amazing people, and it shows in their food and kind service. Quick, friendly service and generous portion sizes. The flavors were so good in all our dishes. We ordered beef combo pho, fried tofu veggie pho and chicken lo mein. All 3 were delicious. We'll definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Veggie broth available for the fried tofu veggie pho. The tofu and veggie pieces are large and they're generous with the amount.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and they gave our toddler a cup with lid and straw.

First time here, came with friends because they come here regularly. Roomy, clean, good service and flavorful food. Hubby had the Seafood Pho and I had my usual Combination Rice Noodle bowl. Friends had the Ginger Chicken, Thai Curry, Sesame Chicken and Chicken Pho, all generous portions and very flavorful. They have daily lunch specials as well as the regular menu. The food and service at this restaurant were fantastic! They offer creative flavors and beautifully presented dishes. We were even able to sample their new sauces. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, especially during dinner hours.

We love it here. Excellent pho and the Vietnamese egg rolls are top notch.Dex was our waiter and he was straight up hustling. What a guy! They were busy and he totally kept his cool.We will be back many times.

The food at this restaurant is both fresh and delicious. The service is excellent, with very friendly and accommodating waitstaff. The prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning soon!
