I have a gluten intolerance, and although their menu doesn’t highlight gluten-free options, the server took the time to explain which dishes were suitable or could be modified to be gluten-free. They demonstrated a good understanding of safe food preparation and cross-contamination. Dietary restrictions: While there isn’t a specific gluten-free menu, the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and safe cooking practices.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8 PM on a Saturday night and noticed that only four tables were occupied. My wife and I ordered grilled cheese sandwiches, which were delicious, along with a cup of soup. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and the server didn't appear to be too concerned about the delay. In my opinion, this is unacceptable, especially considering how uncrowded it was.
The food was outstanding, and the tap selection was impressive. I think I had the best smashburger I've ever tasted in Vermont—I've tried many worthy burgers in various places. The salad was also fresh and delicious. We definitely plan to return. I can't imagine a better dining spot in the Bethel/Randolph area.
This is a great little space with a large selection of beers and cocktails. The food is Philippines inspired and all of it is super tasty and served with care and attention. Well worth a visit either at lunch or dinner time. They have live music as well in the evenings. A really great place in Randolph Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant offers an impressive variety of elevated craft cocktails, complemented by friendly service. I enjoyed a delicious steak, paired with some fantastic sides. They are very accommodating and well-informed about gluten-free and celiac requirements.
Vibe and decoration very cool. Live music in the evenings on some days is fun. Staff is very nice and welcoming! Bathrooms super super clean and well decorated. Service was a little slow because of how busy they were, but still enjoyed the food.
My wife and I go there quite often to enjoy the Philippine influenced food. It is a nice space with a great selection of drinks and made to order cocktails. The food is delicious and the service friendly and attentive. A real gem for

Cannot recommend Kuya's enough! Fantastic food, drinks, and live music the night we were there. Great prices, lovely atmosphere, and I'm still thinking about those chicken tacos...
