O'neills - Réserver une table

Came in after visiting Harry potter studios with my kids. The lady working on the bar was rude, an off duty member of staff who was clearly drunk took us to our table. Food was good, no complaints about it at all. Came out quick,...warm, tasted lovely and the price was great. The staff let the place down. As well as it not being the cleanest.

service at the bar terrible. friends in front of the 10 people in front of the door. the employees stood at the door of the back area on phones instead of serving. no cleaning of tables. no manager in the service and no online compliant system

great meeting with friends. I had our own reserved table. the food was well prepared. partner had tuna pannini, I had a cheeseburger. excellent service by employees. bouncers kept order, but there were no problems.

Chilled atmosphere great food and staff really friendly and accomodating also managed to please the fussiest eater ive ever met
