We stayed at the Grand Hyatt and thought the lunch menu looked pretty good, with the choice to get 3 different items for $16.00. There were lots of options, even enough to make the kids happy. All 4 of us enjoyed every item we had. The tomato bisque soup was very flavorful and the house made chips were very good. The service was very well, very attentive waiters and very friendly.
When I ordered a burger it was clear the server was looking for a bigger tab, the bus person or food runner was much more attentive. I was never even asked if I wanted another glass of wine. The burger was not good and tater tots dry and tasteless. Very disappointed. All I wanted was a good burger and nice glass of wine without leaving the hotel.
Jaime is absolutely the best! He prepares the perfect cocktails, especially his Flora Dora and Pisto N Love creations—they are simply unmatched. No other bar can replicate their incredible flavor! Everyone should give his amazing drinks a try! I really miss the cocktail menu from the San Francisco Grand Hyatt in Charleston.
For a Grand Hyatt restaurant in the middle of SF Union Square area, the experience was disappointing. A bland menu, not very delicious food, and an run down environment. This location has the potential tonserve as a nice bar amd business dinner place Réservez une table maintenant
The cocktails are delicious! The ambiance is lovely, featuring high ceilings. The food is decent, but the menu is somewhat limited. The service is friendly, although a bit disorganized. Overall, it's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a drink.
Although the restaurant section was closed, the lounge area was open for dinner. Our server was friendly, and we received the menu promptly. The food was served quickly, and everything was delicious. I especially loved the cheesecake!
