Ong Tao - Réservation de table

Es macht Spaß in das Ong Tao zu gehen, wir sind Stammgäste. Das Lokal ist asiatisch und sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Hier hat sich jemand sehr viel Mühe mit Liebe zum Detail gegeben. Die Terrasse lädt im Sommer zum Verweilen ein.Das Essen ist klassisch asiatisch, vietnamesisch. Speisen sind - nahezu - durchweg sehr gut. Getränke, insbesondere die Limonaden, machen Lust auf mehr. Der Service sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und somit sehr gut. Das Lokal liegt zwischen den Wohnvierteln Rebstockbad und oberen Europaviertel. We were looking for something different. Something like Japanese or Thai and Frankfurt is big enough that it offers a very wide selection. Looking through the top 100 Tripadvisor reviews, we saw Ong Tao. The reviews suggested something we were looking for. We arrived at the restaurant at about 9:00 and it was packed. Lucky we were able to get a table in the garden outside. What was a real good first impression was a cold drink ...lime, ginger and mint in a meson jar. For appetizers we had spring rolls, ribs and soup. For main course; duck, salad and a soup. Every was fresh, tasty and at a good price. Eating out in the garden under stars made a perfect evening.

Ich als Vietnamese habe schon über 20 verschiedene Pho Bo's und die anderen Gerichte getestet und keines im Umkreis war annähernd so gut wie hier. Ich bin total begeistert von der Atmosphäre, dem super netten Personal sowie der hervorragenden Restauranteinrichtung. Man fühlt sich auf anhieb wie in Asien und will auch garnicht weg. Der Große Biergarten/ Aussenbereich ist super schön gestaltet, entspannte vietnamesische Musik läuft sanft im Hintergrund. Das Essen ist erste Klasse und schmeckt UNANGEFOCHTEN gut! Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Zu unserer Freude geht das Konzept seit einem Jahr auf. Das Restaurant ist immer gut besucht sodass wir nach wie vor einmal im Monat in den Genuss kommen hier essen zu gehen. Wir freuen uns immer wieder ueber die netten Leute (Personal), das leckere Essen und das schöne Ambiente. Und das nur 5 Minuten von zu Hause entfernt.Auch wenn man in der Vergangenheit wenig bis keine Berührungspunkte mit exotischer Küche hatte wird man hier nichy enttäuscht. Meine Mama war zB zu Weihnachten ein guter Beweis dafür.Weiter so!! :-) Réservez une table maintenant

Delicious Vietnamese food and drinks. Very good spring rolls and chickens in curry chocolate sauce, as well as sticky rice as dessert. Unfortunately, in the end after dessert, despite empty glasses, there was no service for more drinks, which is a pity, because it wasn't sooo full, otherwise everyone would have drank. in der frankfurter vorstadt, ganz unscheinbar versteckt feinste asia küche mit allem drum und dran. sehr kompetenter freundlicher service, tolle drinks und eine sehr autentische auswahl an feinen gerichten.

When you enter, you will be surprised by the cosy ambience. It's spacious and beautiful. In summer, the small, beautiful courtyard attracts. The food, drinks and the service are fantastic.
