Onigilly Japanese Kitchen

Ordered ahead and food was ready on time. Food tasted fresh and filled us up. Lots of options for different pallets as well.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but fried chicken and fries are available, but the fries have seaweed on them so picky eaters would not care for them as much.Parking: Parking lot and on-street are free for 2 hours. There are a few lots and garages that allow 3 hours for free as well.Wheelchair accessibility: doors are a little hard to open and could pose an issue trying to get in, but office is on ground floor.

Best meal to remind us of home on Maui, great, fresh take on some of our favorites. Would have a line out the door if you opened on Maui in Kahului for the local people. We need more restaurants!Vegetarian options: Veggie croquet was delicious. Daughter had the Hijiki onigilly and loved it?!Parking: We got lucky during the dinner hour and found a space 1 min away (walking).

I wasn't sure what to expect here since I've never had this type of meal before, but I was pleasantly surprised and will visit when I'm in the area next. If you like sushi, you'll like this. I tried the 3 piece box and selected the eel (which I liked the most), spicy bacon and lean salad.

the food wasn't as flavorful as expected . no real zing. and the texture of the fillings wasn't great. the Wasabi slaw was great, though. they put some of the sides and nigiri into the wrong meal boxes--everything was there, I think, but people's meals were mixed up.

I love it!!! Krab salad is definitely the best!
