The young skater who seems to think he's entitled needs to be replaced, and thankfully the sarcastic young woman wasn't around today. The kitchen staff really put in a lot of effort, and the manager with glasses has great customer service skills. However, some of the other staff throw tantrums while cleaning up at closing time and respond rudely to customers when the manager isn't present. It's frustrating when there are six orders sitting on the expo shelf, and the cashier takes a new order from someone in line without checking what’s already there. It feels petty to rate a restaurant low for a missing item. I ordered chicken katsu with steamed rice. So far the food is great. It looks like it was cooked with a high standard for quality. All of this is great, except for one thing. I didnt receive any sauce. Its worth a three star rating because Ono has essentially served me orange chicken with no orange sauce. Id be understanding if they were out and communicated that to me before I received a box full of chicken tenders lol

Order Kalbi short ribs and 1 min later it was ready. I was like wow these guys are fast but I should have know better. I live 5min away and by the time I sat down to eat it was clear that the food was made before my order and was probably someone else's wrong order. The food was cold. This is really disappointing. I would have higher expectations considering this is a chain. Will be reporting to the FSIS.

I was disappointed with my recent order from DoorDash, as the portion was significantly smaller than when I dine in at the restaurant. There was no vegetable mix, and there was hardly any chicken on my plate. Overall, I left feeling very unsatisfied with my meal. Réservez une table maintenant

I called to place a pickup order and was put on hold for over 25 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy and the phone was just sitting on the counter. Unfortunately, I still had to wait for my food. The customer service was terrible.

The food is delicious and the portions were good. Ive never had the food in person but I was satisfied with my delivery order. The only thing was they gave me a Coke Zero instead of a regular Coca Cola
